About the event
We are excited to participate in the first-ever Port Goreford Halloween Celebration with Port Orford Main Street and Discover Port Orford!
From October 24 to 31, adventurers of all ages are invited to hunt for special Kraken coins hidden at participating local businesses.
Every coin you return earns you an entry into one of three prize packages: treasures and experiences from Port Orford’s most beloved local businesses worth over $2,300 total!
How to Play the Kraken’s Treasure Hunt:
● Start by picking up your free Kraken coin and treasure map at the Visitor Center (open daily 10-4).
● Visit participating businesses to collect more coins. A purchase to support our small businesses is encouraged, but not required for one coin. More than one will require a purchase!
